I'm an ex student and am currently in year 12 at Rednock. I recently came back with my drama teacher to do a Titanic workshop with year6 and really enjoyed it. I'd like to say how impressed i was with the behaviour of year6 and would like to wish the school good luck in the future.

i'm missing you all loads, rednocks good but some teachers are not as nice as miss skidmore. see you all soon.

I am now in 6th grade and I am at the top of the school I got the teacher that I wanted and I have 2 of my friends in my class which is also very nice
I have just finished doing my language start of the year satzes it was torture

joe is now in 7th grade and he is having fun but yesterday he was sick and he couldn't go to school. good luck to all of joe's friends who are now in year 8.
joe is also doing american football and he is loving it. his first game is on Saturday.

I am sad to leave cam hopton beacuse it is an amazing school to go to and cam hopton has amazing staff. i was crying till about half past 4.

The play was awesome! We all worked really hard, and sometimes it has be stressful, but we all managed to pull through. Thank you to Miss Skidmore, Mrs Brown, Mr Smout and also Mrs Allen who helped us with music, scenary and t-shirts. I think every one who saw the play was pleased.

Hey its Chloe just wanted to say hello to all of you fellow school mates. I miss you all but i am loving my life now at Rednock with all of my new friends. Its sad that Mrs Bilton has left but I hope she enjoys her retirement. See you all at the summer fair on Friday!

hi, the Beacon was amazing. Can I just thank all the teachers for taking me and the rest of year 6? It was really fun getting stuck on the zip wire and I also liked watching the archery beacuse I got the middle target first time - mind you I have done it twice before on Brownie camp!!!

Just got back from Beacon. It was amazing! The food was yummy. We did archery that was with real bows and arrows, we each had 6 arrows and 2 rounds and my team (me,Keira,Ryan p and Sophia) got a grand total of 140. We also did low ropes we slpit up into teams and then go round as a team and save Winnie the Pooh we had to pretend that Pooh was in a prison and save him (other groups did different stories). We went up on the climbing wall, some paths were easy some were not, me Sam and Keira worked as a team to help each other up. On our first go we had a hard path I did not quite make it up but Sam and Keira made it up. We did crate stack where we had to go on a bungie type rope and at the first crate some of the Beacon team were placing them down before they could not reach any more I was with keira and mr lean who came with us in our group of 15 there was an odd number so we went up as a three. Mr Lean was so scared that he started to wobble the whole thing because he was shaking but we did make it to the top eventualy after me nearly splipping off because we had to catch them and place them down and I catch one placed it down asked mr lean if it was alright he said yes so I stood on it and it slipped so I slipped but luckily I mannage to stay on. We also did an adventure course first we got into pairs, I went with Sam, and we had to go across two logs, over a hole, holding hands so we had to balance. Then through a small tunnel and crawl on all fours over a big net then cross a bridge then swing across on a rope then over a huge wall helping each other over.On our second go we had to carry 2 jugs of water across working as a team me and Sam voluntered to carry the jug across the rope swing Sam went first Sam made it across with out spilling any but when he landed he celebrated by waving his hands around and of course he still hand the jug of water in his hands and so he spilled it over him so he got wet.Then I went across and I slipped up and jug tipped up and pour all over me at the end some of the Beacon team Sam and Richard threw water at us. We went on the new zip wire which was amazing it was so big we had two gos I did a superman pose across and I started to run in mid air and I did a bit of dancing we did other things as well overall the trip was brilliant. Thank you for orginising it and thank you to Beacon team the chefs for lush food and the people who did the activities with us Scott, Peter, Sam, James, Greg, Rachel, Richard and Dan.

guess what. in 4 and a half days I am done with the school year I am so excited. and also is year 6 doing sats yet, and if so how is it going? Ilove the pics. of you guys in year 6 when you are hippies they are awsome. and on monday the 1st of june I am getting braces for my top teeth. I am so excited. and I am so sorry to say that we are not coming to Enland this summer again I am really sorry. I wish we were. did anyone watch the FA cup final? The year six thriller books are well good and art club is well fun

The carol service was a great success, I think the idea about having the whole service about the twelve days of Christmas was great! ( I never new that it was more than just a nonsense song for children)

yea the christmas play was brill. It felt funny being back at the school even though it was only this year that i left.

THE CHIRSTMAS SHOW IS AMAZING IM GLAD ALL THE CHILDREN AND ADULTS PUT IN A HUGE EFORT AND IT DID TURN OUT WELL. BYE

Year 5 is the best! It is probably the best class yet.

I cant believe I found this site! I left Cam Hopton in 1985 and Mr Williams was the last teacher I had. My family and I moved to New Zealand and I am now Head of the Art Department at a seconday girls school here in NZ. I would love to hear from anyone who was around when I was there. i left cam hopton 21 years ago. i still have very happy memories of a wonderful school that was kind, friendly and taught me a great deal. so nice to see pictures of the school on the internet.

The teachers at this school are all very nice especially Mr. Wood. He is very very funny (Mr.Wood is not a good singer) and is very good at teasing people.

I like Cam Hopton. I can't wait until we go on the Victorian trip.

I love my school because I think the whole school work as a team.

Year 5 is so cool it is so fun. I love being a laptop monitor it is so brillant. We do lots of great stuff in year 5. Miss Wheatley is the best (and kindest) teacher EVER! My class is so nice and friendly.

I like school because I like seeing all my friends and I like working hard and learning new stuff. I like Mrs Troxler, Mrs Bilton and Mrs Sobey. I liked doing the Postman Pat Christmas play because I like being a teddy bear. (Year 1)
